I have always loved travelling and adventure and have visited about 52 countries so far. One day I will make a list of the countries I've been to as it may be more than 52. I also love communications and had a fabulous career in London providing PR and communications services to Blue Chip corporates before I retrained to teach English and implement projects. I am qualified in business, negotiation, project management, TEFL and have picked up a few communications awards throughout my career. I've also completed several cookery courses, have a Diploma in Sports Massage and a PADI Divemaster qualification. I've been nominated for and won Community and Inspiration awards and was the President of a voluntary service group. I ran a small UK corporate PR/communications company and I also manage a couple of properties. I've walked the Camino, sailed the Fijian islands, hiked in China, white water rafted in Australia, dived in numerous places in the world, Jillarood in the outback, kayaked around Malta, and am planning a trip to Madagascar to work in an orphanage, and a cycling expedition through Vietnam. The Put Foot rally through Africa is also on my list and is camper vanning through Britain and a Canadian adventure.
